  • How can I book?
    Our website is the most efficient method to book one of our apartments: www.pgrhome.it To confirm the booking the following information is required: dates, number of guests, type of rate.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    With the Standard rate it is possible to cancel for free up to 5 days before the arrival date, beyond which it will not be possible to receive any type of refund. With the Non-Refundable rate, a refund is NEVER expected. With the Standard rate it is possible to change the booking up to SEVERAL days before the arrival date, subject to our availability.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We only accept credit card payments
  • Do we issue an invoice?
    It is not possible to issue an invoice.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check in can be carried out starting from 3:00 pm. Check out must be done by 10:00.
  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
    Before check in it is possible to leave your luggage in the structure from 12:00. After check out it is possible to leave your luggage in the structure until 12:00.
  • What is included in the price?
    The services included in the room price are: cleaning, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, bathroom products and hairdryer, air conditioning and heating.
  • Is breakfast included?
    No, breakfast is not included in the price.
  • Do you have parking?
    The apartments do not have private parking, but it is possible to park on the street near them.
  • Do you accept pets?
    It is not possible to bring pets with you.
  • Do you offer a transfer service?
    Yes, it is possible to book a paid private transfer through us. At the time of booking we will provide you with all the details.
